If I could rate this office a zero (0) I would! I had the absolute worst customer service experience ever with this office. Highlights of the service includes: (1) Signing me up for services that I did not request …nor were the services explained to me prior to signing me up. This is completely unethical! (2) Had to deal with non-experienced Reps who did not understand my policy and did not know what was going on from the prior Rep’s notes; (3) Promised return calls that never happened; (5) Failure to quickly reinstate my policy after THEY made a mistake with applying the incorrect credit card to my account (due to a typo on their part) and the policy accidentally got canceled, and finally (4) After leaving a message for the agent himself (Craig Wiggins), I did not receive a return phone call even though I threatened to call the Corp Office in my message. I only received a return call from him AFTER I had spoken with the Corporate Office and requested an Agent change. I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND WORKING WITH THIS AGENT!!!
