Rarely talked with agent because of low claim frequency. I called if there was a problem or question about my bill. Calls were handled appropriately although sometimes it took awhile to receive a call back. Minimal staff available and there were times when the office was closed during regular business hours. That could be very frustrating. Ultimately, I changed insurance providers when my rates were raised. Agent was not trustworthy about the amount of renter’s insurance coverage was appropriate for my situation. Because of that I had more coverage than necessary and thus paid more for it. I learned of this from communication with other agents. When I did have a claim, it was processed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. However, I did not agree with the rate increases.
