I first came across this agent when doing a cursory search of local insurance agents, and ended up choosing him because he was based out of a local office and offered great rates on the insurance I was seeking. I have had minimal direct interaction with his office as I conduct most of my business with them online, but every time I have needed to call them they have been friendly and incredibly helpful, and they seem to genuinely care about my experience with their company. They offer a wide variety of insurance and are quick to offer complementary packages and discounts but are not overly pushy – they seem to strike the balance perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to a friend, as they’ve been very helpful and convenient to work with.

2. Jacqui Puccio is the Office Manager at Aaron’s business and she’s gone above and beyond assisting me with my insurance and loan needs many times. She will frequently call me to verify that I’m happy with everything they’re doing for me and to review my policies to see if there are any additional savings to be found. When I bought a car from a local Ford dealership and called her to give her my new information, she asked what my loan rate was and offered to refinance for me at a lower cost. She has even gone to far as to instruct me on how to set up a SYNC my Ford” account with my cell phone (it connects to the car via Bluetooth) so that it can record my driving habits and earn me a lower insurance rate for being a good driver. She and the agency are both outstanding and I’m very happy with them, having been their customer for well over 10 years.
