Marla has been pretty good. She is fairly quick to get back to me about changes and when I ask about ways to save money she gets back to me within 2 days usually. She seems supportive even with the horrible treatment Erie is giving me with a recent car accident. I feel as though she understands why I feel they are being unfair. I am not sure if she could do more to help me because I have never had this type of experience before so I have nothing to compare her to. However, as far as customer service and friendliness, she is good. I have been with her since August of 2008. Overall, I think she is fine. She answers my questions and is as helpful as she can be, Honestly I don’t know if she should or could do more for me during my current problems with my car insurance or not. I don’t know if the local agents have any pull or not.
