1. My grandparents, my parents and my husband and I all use the same insurance agent. When I was in a car accident caused by someone else failing to stop at a red light, the claims process was so easy – Lonnie and Cory handled everything. I only had to call and give a statement. They paid for a rental car while my car was fixed, medical expenses and a second repair for the car when additional issues were found related to the accident about a month later. When our house was hit by hail and our roof and siding was damaged, an adjuster arrived a few days later and quickly approved the claim. Work was completed within a month. Every time I have had a question or needed clarification on a topic, I am always able to quickly and easily get a hold of my agent.

2. Lonnie has been an insurance agent for my entire family: mother, father, sister, brother, and myself. He has covered all of our cars and homes for a reasonable price. When I needed my first credit card, I was in my twenties with no credit score and was declined from every company. However, Lonnie advocated for me and I was able to get a card through State Farm thanks to him and his intervention. He has been a great asset and family friend throughout my entire life and I hope to work with him until he retires. I think that will be fairly soon, but he is hoping to pass on the business within the family so we can still see and work with him indirectly. I recommend him to everyone.
