I’ve been using this agency since I was 16 with my first car. He inherited my account then his predecessor retired several years ago. They have been great to work with and have earned our business. He has always been competitive when we shop our rates every couple of years.
My wife and I began using him for our homeowners insurance when we were shopping rates for our a new house in 2001. When we bundled our insurance our rates were very competitive so it was nice to have everything consolidated.
When I was in an accident, (rear ended), he was very helpful and personally help me navigate all the steps in the claims process. Things definitely went much smoother because Craig was involved until our main vehicle was repaired. Aside from costs, (like if they went up drastically), I have no intention of switching in the foreseeable future.
