I have had this insurance agent for about 5 years and I have never been in an accident but the only thing I needed from the agent was that I had my car towed without calling the emergency assist number on my card and I went in to the office to be reimbursed for my out of pocket cost because my policy covers towing. I spoke with Mr. Stephens directly and I was pleased with the way he assisted me and I am very satisfied with the coverage I have. My wife and I also spoke with him when we first signed up for coverage and he did everything in his power to get us the cheapest rate available, which was considerably less than the coverage we had at the time. Our rates have only continued to drop since then.
