We have had James Newman as our Insurance Agent for more than a decade. All of our experiences with him have been pleasant. The price we get is on par with other agencies in the area, however I fell as though the customer service is far superior. They are always willing to help any time we give them a call. There have been several occasions, over the years, where I needed an insurance card faxed over to a business, and they have all been sent immediately. Additionally, we have filed several claims with Mr. Newman and he has always been fair and prompt. Obtaining rental cars is always very simple, with a no-hassle attitude from Mr. Newman and his staff. When we purchase new vehicles, we are able to simply call the office and a staff member adds the vehicle to our policy. We then drop by at our convenience for a vehicle inspection by a staff member. Overall we are very satisfied with the products and services offered by Mr. Newman.
