1. I have had insurance with Bobby for more than 30 years. I have only had to make one claim during that time when my attic hot water heater leaked and ruined my ceiling. He was very helpful and quick getting it fixed. Whenever I have any questions about insurance or rates, I call his office and his secretary usually gives me all the information I require. Another thing I like is that my rates have risen in a reasonable amount over the years and I never have had to change insurance carriers because of this. I know I will get honest information from his office and I know my claims will be settled in a fair and fast manner. I don’t know how else a person could serve me better as an insurance agent.

2. We have been with Mr. Gorman since we first became married. He helped us setup our insurance and made it super easy. He helped us choose the right plan without pushing unnecessary things which helped a lot especially when we didn’t have a lot. When we bought a house, it was easy to add home insurance to our plan and Bobby again helped a ton in setting that up and helping us make the right choices. We had a serious issue with out car and it ended up having several repairs done on it that were not initially expected. This resulted in a lot of cost and it was no issue having Bobby’s office take care of it for us. I always feel like we are in the right hands.
