Torrey Moe is a great agent to work with. No matter the current issue (accident claim, new car, new policy, change of address, etc.), his office always responds quickly and appropriately to my needs. I am also always very impressed with the rest of his staff. They meet the high standards that Torrey sets. I never feel like they are trying to take advantage of me or just get as much money as they can out of me. For instance, when I changed address and also added renter’s insurance, his representative made sure to tell me about all available discounts to make sure I was saving as much as possible. I feel true loyalty to State Farm because of the excellent service I have always gotten from Torrey Moe and his staff.
