   The insurance group is quick to respond.

   After a recent car accident, the Harnish Insurance Group quickly responded to our query. Because they sell Safeco Insurance, they turned us over to the Safeco claims adjustor. They were helpful in providing proof of insurance. They were also very responsive when it came to a competitive quote for insuring our replacement vehicle.
   While our insurance agent does not always respond to us, some one in the office is always there to answer the call. There is always someone who can answer questions. And if they cannot answer questions, they can find the information for us. In short, the Harnish Insurance Group is responsive and easy to work with.
   When I contacted them regarding homeowner’s insurance, they were not as helpful. They did respond quickly, and they did give me multiple options for insurance quotes. However, these options were not price competative with other insurance agencies. Other agencies did offer better coverage. The prices were comparable. However, I was concerned about the possibility of needing insurance. I felt that having a higher amount of personal property insurance was the most important thing.
   In short, the Harnish Insurance Group is wonderful to work with. They are my preferred company for car insurance. Because of that positive experience, I did approach them about purchasing other insurance products, but found that they were not as competative when it came to homeowners insurance. They do offer business, health and life insurance in addition to the ones that I have consulted with them about. But I have not looked into any of those services.
