She is always professional and polite. She does try to help me when I have questions or problems with my policy. Some things she is able to do. However, there are some things she is not able to do. I feel that perhaps she might still be learning her job. There have been times that I have contacted her for help and not gotten any and had to call the insurance company directly to get help. The help that I needed at the time was to add a vehicle and change policy coverage on another one. She was friendly but it seemed to confuse her as to what all I wanted done. After that experience I try to have a limited amount of contact with her. I only contact her if absolutely necessary.
