We chose this agent because we had a State Farm agent in the previous state we lived in. This was one of two State Farm agents in the area we moved to and it was the closer of the two. There isn’t any special reason why we like this agent. Mainly we just have not had any problems with them. We have looked into switching to a different Insurance but the savings were always so minimal that it hasn’t ever been worth it to change. We initially purchased State Farm when we bought a house in our previous state. They were extremely helpful with the purchasing process so we stuck with them when we moved. We just have not had any reason to switch to a different company. I’m sure we probably will at some point though.
we live in a small town so there is only really about five options for an agent, nate long was recommonded to me by a few friends of mine and after pricing with the others relized he not only offered competied rates but outstouning custmer serive as well we decided to try him. and we have not reqrieted it. we had an accident not long ago in our new car(it was only a week old) another car ran into us while we were stopped at a red light, it was major damage but our new car had a very noticable size dent… it was devestateing butnate long and his team were there every step of the way… and in no time at all our car was back to looking like new once again.
