I chose Alicia because she was the only Central Michigan University graduate working at Liberty Mutual. I was hoping to use that to get a discount, since I am employed there, and we could talk about school to get to know each other. I also chose her because she is a woman and I strongly prefer talking to women over men on the phone, as it is for some reason easier.
After giving all my information, it took a few days to get my quote because she is a traveling sales rep moving back and forth between several offices, but she got back to me promptly with the rates that I needed, and began the process to insure my car.
Overall, Alicia was very nice, friendly, and pleasant to talk to and did a great job of insuring me.
