I have had the unfortunate experience of a car accident. Annette and her staff handled my needs in a very efficient, compassionate, and professional manner. Additionally, each year I meet face to face with Annette at her office and we review my current coverage and examine whether it is needed to increase, decrease, or stay the same. I have never experienced a time with Annette or any of her other staff members where I felt I was being sold insurance that wasn’t necessary. This last point is of particular importance to myself and my family because it has built a sense of trust with Annette, her staff, and State Farm.
