I had the opportunity to work with Charlie over the past year in selecting a life/disability policy that met my needs. I first contacted Charlie in December 2015 with some questions, and he got back to me immediately. After answering all of my questions, he patiently waited until I was finally ready to purchase a policy in August 2016. I had a number of questions regarding various policy riders, and he was able to arrange a conversation with a representative from the insurance carrier to explain why certain riders were important and others were not worth the extra cost. Charlie also helped me cancel my existing policies upon entering into the new policy. I would recommend others work with Charlie for their insurance needs. I know that I will continue to work with Charlie in the upcoming years as my insurance needs change based on my life situation.
