Herb has been a great insurance agent for myself and everyone in my family. He is easy to communicate with and offers fair prices. I appreciate that if I have questions I can call him up at any time and he will happily discuss with me. My family and I have had Herb as our insurance agent since I got my first car and have never seen a reason to switch to a different insurance agent. I appreciated that he provided a course on the dangers of drunk and distracted driving when I started the process of getting my license. It did not seem like something he had to do but it was greatly appreciated because it showed real examples of how bad things can get when driving under the influence or distracted. Herb is a very friendly man and I would happily refer him to friends or family looking for an insurance agent.
