He eventually gets the job done, but he has a tendency to take off from work quite a bit and when I call, he may or may not return my call. The last time I called and left a message for him to get me some information about my policy renewal, I never heard back until I waited almost a month and called him back.
My previous agent was always very responsive to my inquiries, but Joseph is not. Last year he sent me a letter telling me that my policy was being cancelled after 22 years because I was boarding horses. He said this was a change throughout the state of Florida, and I verified that it was. Instead of him looking for a different company for me to go with, he just said it was cancelled. After going to his office two times, he found another company for me which does not offer the same coverage. When I called this year to see about going back to a better company, he didn’t return my call for a month, then when he did, I could easily tell he had made no effort to find me a better deal. He does not offer the same level of service that my previous agent did.
