We, my wife and I, have bought multiple cars since we have had this insurance, and at least twice now we have called them(Bob and his assitant Rhonda) from a dealership to setup insurance coverage and we have been told everything is ok. But, to later find out that she forgot to set it up and we were without insurance for up to a month until we noticed.

   There was another time where I had purchased a sports car. I live in PA and we get pretty decent winters. I had a second car for the bad weather and during the winter, when I had sports cars and different insurance providers in the past, I would drop the insurance coverage to liability only(even though I still haven’t paid the car off) so that I am just paying for incase the garage fell on the car. Everyone let me do it, no problem, the most I would ever have to do(since there was still a lein holder on the car) is sign over a power of attorney to the company so that if they felt I was lying they had the right to stop by and see that the car was in the garage to confirm what i said. Well when I tried to do this with Rhonda she told me this is impossible for anyone to do and they refused to do it. I told her I’ve done it with Geico, Progressive, etc before. She inferred I was a liar, and had me speak with Bob. Bob and me got in an actual fight over this to the point where I said this is ridiculous and walked out. They later called me that day to try to calm things down so we wouldn’t leave, and he let me do it, but I have never had a pleasant experience with them. I am still with them just because my wife refuses to leave and the price isn’t bad, on the lower side.
