1. I have been using Mike Wright as my insurance agent for almost 10 years now. I switched to him after marrying my spouse, whose family has used his services since she was a child. The service at the front desk is excellent and very friendly—the assistants are always willing to help answer questions, and the office itself is accommodating (offering free coffee while you wait, to boot!).

   My insurance rates are satisfactory although I am sure I could find lower car insurance rates elsewhere, given how rarely I’m actually on the road. Mike Wright, himself, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to during meetings. My main complaint is that I receive far too many advertisements in the mail, and a lot of said correspondence includes letters asking me if I want to buy more insurance.” If I want another policy, I’ll reach out to the office—no need for the company to keep wasting paper!”

2. The agent that I dealt with made my experience initially setting up my account fast and easy, effectively making use of my time while accurately collecting information and filling out forms. After I signed up I was encouraged to leave a review on their website and after doing so I received a $25 gift card. A month after signing up I received a notice that they had found an additional discount I was eligible for by filling out a form and returning it. I have had nothing but good things to say about them to friends and family – even encouraging my future father-in-law to rethink his own insurance provider as the same policy at Mike Wright is over $70 cheaper than his current provider. The State Farm website is easy to use and agents are available through e-mail interaction in a quick and extended time period.
