Mike Wright is knowledgeable and his staff is very friendly. Whenever I have a question, they return my calls immediately. I started going to him because my parents used him (prior to their deaths). My only issue is the cost of my premiums, which I blame State Farm as a company for over Mike. A few years ago, I also filed a claim for damage to my roof/patio and the claim was denied, despite my house being insured by State Farm for years without any late premium payments, etc. This upset me and I considered switching, but my family has trusted Mike for so long that I decided to stay. (Again, I don’t blame him or his staff for my claim being denied, it’s more the company as a whole).
I guess the only other issue I have is I receive a lot of letters in the mail asking me to come in and discuss other insurance plans. I wish these mailers would stop for two reasons: 1. It wastes paper and 2. If I am interested in a new policy, I will contact the office first. No need to solicit me.
