My experience has been hit or miss as far as customer service.
I love going in and chatting with Eva or Julie about my insurance needs and they have always been very helpful as far as telling me what I need and what will best suit my needs as a full-time RVer. The part I dislike is the fact that something always seems to get messed up. Paper I sign get lost and I have to resign them multiple times. Thats not too big of an issue when I am home but I spend the majority of my time traveling the country and it isn’t always easy to make arrangements to sign papers multiple times. I also randomly get letters from State Farm that say things like my policy was classified wrong and will be cancelled etc. I call and speak with my agent or someone in his office and they cant find any record of this nor do they know why I got the letter. The last time, it turns out that they transposed several number in the VIN of my RV when adding the new one to the policy. For this reason, I say that the service has been hit or miss. Luckily I have never had to file a claim so I cannot comment on how they handle that situation.
