He is always willing to help or provide information when needed. He is also local so that is convenient for my girlfriend and I. When we first met him we were impressed right away. He was very attentive and didn’t try to sell us insurance that we didn’t need. The process was painless and we got everything we needed at a price that we could afford. We would highly recommend Jimmy Mueller to anyone that was looking to get insurance or even if they are looking for a change in their current provider. His office is located in Nashville however Jimmy was able to meet us at another location to meet up if needed. We were able to complete most of the work over the phone so it wasn’t required meet in person. However I do like to meet my insurance person.
