Wendy and the other Geico agents have been very helpful since I began using them for my car insurance. I like that they are very friendly and willing to work with me due to my financial limitations and enabled me to obtain liability insurance for such a reasonable price. I am able to obtain insurance for 6 months for only 176 dollars total for the 6 month period. This is a vastly superior deal in contrast to what All State and Progressive could offer me. I also like that Geico has great customer service and Wendy has certainly done that again and again. They followed up with emails and phone calls to ensure I am liking my insurance coverage thus far. This is very important to me and I love great customer service. I would recommend Wendy and her team to anyone looking for car insurance.
No complaints, luckily haven’t had an accident so I have not had to use the insurance for anything other than an occasional tow for a blown tire. Which was extraordinary. I was driving from Tulsa, OK to Nashville, TN. In between the two states is Arkansas, by far the most boring state to drive through. So in the dead of summer, 110 degrees in a car with no air conditioning, Half way between Oklahoma and Tennessee I blow a tire that was so powerful it blew my bumper off. Luckily I do have a cell phone and there was coverage in this deserted part of Arkansas. Geico had a tow truck to me in less than an hour, they put my spare on and directed me to the nearest tire place. I was very disappointed that they just didn’t tow me there, which was the point of the roadside assistance policy but according to Geico it’s the tow truck drivers discretion on just how far they are willing to help you. So I had to drive an extra 115 miles under 30 mph on a doughnut in 110 degree heat in a car with no Air conditioning to this place that then charged me $600 for a tire that would only cost me $100 in a normal tire shop.
With all that said, Geico did reimburse me for the tire due to the inconvenience that was caused by the tow truck driver. So I’m still very happy about the insurance.
