Have done business with Randy for the last 10 years. Easy to work with and has excellent response times when questions arise. Have had multiple cars insured with him and each time a detailed response is given on the breakdown of the totals and coverage’s. Recently purchased a house for the first time. One on one conversation with detailed information about all of the needed and unneeded coverage was reviewed and put into place. A sense of easiness and confidence was achieved using this agent. We plan on keeping him for as long as we stay in the area. I would highly recommend his staff and the services he provides. They did not come in as the cheapest insurance company that we looked at but being state farm and the service level he provided allowed us to look past a slightly higher rate to stick with them.
