1. He has a personable style and is easy to talk to on the phone. He always answers my questions in a direct manner with easy to understand jargon. I don’t speak Legalese so it is very easy to speak with Mr Fulton. In fact, he insists that i call him Keith which lends an air of familiarity and camaraderie that I so very much enjoy when discussing my options for car insurance. I was there last year to file a claim and his secretary was able to answer all my questions as well and made the process quick and easy. I would highly recommend the services of Keith and Emma to any of my friends that had need of insurance services. I have no intentions of ever seeking another agent to service my needs in the foreseeable future.

2. Mr. Fulton welcomed us into the area over 13 years ago after we moved from Tennessee. His office staff were extremely friendly and helpful which made us feel more at home in our new city. They have continued to be helpful throughout the 13 years we’ve been their customers by always suggesting different coverage options to help keep our insurance costs as low as possible. When several hurricanes hit this area in 2004 and 2005, we were unable to obtain regular” homeowner’s insurance. Without Mr. Fulton and his team’s help, we would never have gotten coverage in time to keep our mortgagee happy and could have encountered some lapse in coverage. But thanks to Mr. Fulton, we maintained continuous coverage. This was only the beginning of the problems with the homeowner’s insurance in Florida but Mr. Fulton and his agents always looked out for us and kept us covered even when it seemed impossible. We can’t thank them enough. They also send us updated vehicle quotes at least once a year to let us know when we can lower our monthly vehicle insurance premiums. This has been especially helpful since the economic downturn in 2008. It’s nice that Mr. Fulton and his team look out for their customers and put their customers’ interests ahead of their commission checks. I wish more businesses were like Mr. Fulton and his team of agents! I always look forward to seeing their letters in the mail, because I know they’re sending me something that will be for my family’s benefit.
