When I speak with Tanner for any reason, I am very satisfied with the information he gives me. He is always right on the mark with understanding what I need done by him. He has a very warm voice and doesn’t seem impatient and quick like many agents. I trust the Tanner does the best for me and I can trust he gets it done and thoroughly. Just recently Mercury had increased the miles on my policy which were incorrect, so I contacted Tanner and he explained to me that often Mercury increases it by their data which isn’t always accurate. He assured me that he would submit the proper information (my information) to Mercury and it would be updated. Also one major plus having Tanner as an agent is that he ‘always’ returns my call within the work day and when I email him I get a quick response with detailed information, that I would have asked him, but forgot to.
