When I moved to this area, I was referred to John Schnitzler and State Farm through a friend who had been using him since her very first car. I personally saw her deal with the insurance agent with two claims due to auto accidents. On both occasions I was surprised to see how quickly her agent got her into a body shop, got the claim approved and had her back in her vehicle. She also got a rental car both times, which met her at the body shop. Billing with State Farm is relatively painless. I chose to go through online billing, where my bill is easily accessible on my smart phone. The level of customer service through this particular agent has beat my expectations. There have been a couple times where I wasn’t paying attention to the date and ended up missing a payment. Each time someone for John Schnitzler’s office personally called me to remind me. They could have easily allowed me to have a lapse in coverage, but they took an extra step to make sure I stayed covered.
