ok to start.
everything was fine and went very smoothly when i just had auto insurance. then they called me to add renters insurance and it sounded like a pretty good offer so i signed up for renters. They assured me it would be about five dollars a month more to add renters. the first bill came and it was a few dollars more than usual. then when this months bill came and its 40 dollars more than usual. so they flat out lied about the price of renters insurance. Now i have to keep calling them and telling them that i do not want the renters insurance anymore, and each time they assure me that its been cancelled, but it is still on my bill, and is on next months bill as well. I may have to change insurers.
