I live in central Florida and we recently got hit with hurricane Mathew, and while the storm was going on it caused a tree limb to fall on my moms car. As soon as the area got power again we contacted out agent and began the claim process. We were not sure if it was an automotive or homeowner insurance issue, but luckily we have both covered by the same agent and company. Within just a few days the car was being fixed and within ten days of the incident it was back to normal and everything was as if it never happened. I have been very happy so far without filing a claim, so having the process go well further solidified my opinions. I suggest bundling insurance if at all possible, to streamline any possible claims incidents like we experienced.
