I found Jeremy Henley through the official State Farm website. There is a feature on the website that allows you to search for an agent closest to your address. I didn’t research his office beforehand. I purchased an auto insurance policy and paid for it using my bank card through the website. The following month or so, I received an alarming number of calls and emails from the agency to congratulate me for purchasing insurance” and that they wanted to go over other options. I assumed they wanted to sell me a more expensive policy since I purchased the cheapest policy possible. I found the emails and calls to be overbearing and I felt harassed. Previously, I had a policy with Allstate Insurance and never had this problem. I understand that agents want to make more money, but I don’t agree with this tactic.
