I have been using Vicky Richey as an agent since I started driving. My mother used her long before that. Vicky is full of knowledge when it pertains to insurance. She is very friendly most of the time. With everything aside, she can be very opinionated which makes me feel uncomfortable at times but I know she means well. She always does her best to save me money and provides affordable insurance. When I first started using her as an agent she made me feel like a person. I was not just a number in a filing cabinet. But as time has gone by and her agency grew I am beginning to feel less personal to her. Although sometimes we do not agree about certain issues i will continue to use Vicky as an agent because she is smart.
Anytime I have had a question or change to make to the policy she has been quick to respond and get it processed. The staff in the office is friendly and knowledgeable as well. The office has been able to provide me with accurate information and answer my questions in a timely manner. Also they email me which saves me a ton of time because its faster and I have more access to respond to the emails. The customer service for the company after normal business hours is great and provides the same good service as my agents office. They were able to process my payments in a timely manner and provide roadside assistance quickly when I needed it. The pricing of my policy is wonderful in comparison to competitors.
