I dont know if i have just been really unlucky or what, but my experience with ted’s office has been brutal. My rate goes up every 6 months even though my car depreciates and I have no accidents or traffic violations. On top of that, my rate adjusts throughout the year about 3 or 4 times so i am consistently being sent either checks or invoices as my rate fluctuates. I have asked tons of times why it jumps around like that and they cant give me a straight answer. Also his secrataries are extremely rude and not helpful at all. I have called and emailed them numerous times and it is a miracle whenever they actually answer one of my requests. they are so unprofessional. Overall a terrible experience”
