I have bought insurance with this agent and have nothing but good things to say. I have never been in a accident or a scenario when I have had to use my insurance but I always know that I will be covered if there is a case where I will need it. This agent is also very close to my home which is quite convenient if I ever have any questions or concerns which is very much appreciated. I also have friends that have used this agent for their insurance needs and have also said good things. To be honest, they were the ones that recommended me this agent as a whole. Looking at this situation as a whole, I have been very satisfied with my agent and looking forward to continue this relationship.
I hit a large planter pulling out of my apartment complex going to work one morning trying to avoid a cat that had ran into the road. I ended up denting my front driver side pretty badly. I didn’t think I had to make a police report so I went to work. I talked to a few co-workers about it and they were telling me that’s hit and run and I needed a report or the insurance company wouldn’t cover it. So I started to panic. I called my local Geico office and got in touch with Joe. He set everything straight, put me at ease, sent out an adjuster the next day and it was in the shop later that week getting fixed. He was with me every step of the way. He seemed more like friend than someone working for a large insurance company.
He is a decent agent. He explains things well and helps you get the type of insurance you need. Insurance of any kinda can be exhausting to pin down and it can be confusing for the average person. It really helps to have an agent that can explain things well and give suggestions. More importantly., they need to be able to give you reasons why they suggest things. I am always on guard for sales people because i know they make commission on their sales. So when an agent can tell you why they feels something is best for you it really helps to narrow down if you agree or not. I am happy with him and I feel that he is ok at being clear and helpful with your purchase.
