Susan is a wonderful insurance agent. I came to her in order to get the cost of my car insurance reduced and she was able to provide me with the price I wanted. She was also able to get me more coverage for a lesser price. Anytime I need to speak with her about something she is always there to provide answers to my questions. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants to make them happy. She makes me feel comfortable and informed about anything I may have a concern about. I got in a car accident once and she was able to help me out the instant I called her. I was provided with my $500 deductible and was able to afford to get my car fixed. My favorite thing about Susan is that she provides wonderful customer service which is something that is very important to me when it comes to insurance agents. I know I can call her any time of day and she will gladly help me. I think providing your customers with satisfactory customer service and also being able to give them an insurance rate at the price that is affordable to them is extremely important when looking for an insurance agent that is right for you. I would not consider going back to my previous car insurance provider, nor switching to a new one. Anyone looking to switch their current insurance agent to a new one, I would highly recommend Susan! She is everything you could hope for in an insurance agent and more.
