I called Jim to see what his availability was because I wanted to sit down, and ask him some more in depth questions about the insurance policy. He shuffled some things around and found time to sit down with me that day. He had the policy ready for me when I got to the office. He was extremely polite, and friendly with me as we went over the policy. I asked him about certain situations that didn’t seem to be listed in the policy (such as coverage between establishments), and he took me over the areas of the policy that dealt in those areas, and then explained how the scenarios would work out. At the conclusion of my questions he asked me how the policy was working out, and I told him it seemed to be working fine. He said, Great! If you have any other questions feel free to call me anytime. All in all I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge level, professionalism, and politeness.
