Really a terrific agent, I couldn’t ask for better people to handle my insurance. When my house was struck by lightening several years ago, they trusted me just to tell them how many different componants were damaged and didn’t blink an eye. I had everything replaced within a week, which is unheard of. IMy premiums didn’t even go up.
If I ever have a question about anything I simply call them up and they are ready able and willing to answer anything I ask. I’ve found an agent for life.
Also, I had some trouble with the work done on my Grand Vitara after striking a deer near where I live. I went around and got estimates and got it repaired. Well, the repair work left a lot to be desired. Tony call the insrance adjuster who came down that day and reimbursed me for the shoddy work done on the one side of the car. I was real pleased with the way everything was handled.
