Kaleena was recommended to me by my realtor. He had been working with Avidity Insurance when one of his previous clients had them. When i called Kaleena was very focused on getting me what i needed for coverage and also focused on ways to do it that would allow me to not pay for things that were unnecessary. I was given a very cost affordable home owners insurance plan and in addition she notified me that when my driving record allows that they will be able to pair it with the companies auto policy. She was nice enough to look up several options and even let me know that they will shop around every year to make sure that i have the best pricing for insurance regardless of what company its provided from. Afterward they sent over all documentation to me and it was easy to make final. They did however quote me a difference for grouped policy at first ( Auto and Home), but they most likely had no way of knowing whether i would be approved for auto insurance at the time they quoted it.
