Jay and his secretary (can’t remember her name right now) are really great. They are easy to talk to, always take care of us, and are always looking out for our best interests. The longer we stay with them, the more discounts we get and the cheaper our policy gets! Also, the reason I can’t remember the secretary’s name right now is because I haven’t had to talk with her for a long time, which is a wonderful thing! They offer great rates and take care of paperwork in a timely manner. They always return our phone calls. They even call to check on us and offer special discounts every so often. They make us feel like we really are part of their family. We couldn’t ask for a better agent.
