1. Every time I call the office, someone answers. When I have questions, I get answers quickly. They are eager to help me with any issues and fix problems. I was thinking about switching because another quote I got was lower, but the agent was able to find discounts for me that lowered the premium so I didn’t have to change. The agent does not do a lot of spam calls like some of the other companies I’ve been with in the past. However, they do check in by email so if I have any issues, I can respond easily. They are helpful in explaining the different coverage types and helping me choose the best option that fits our family. We haven’t had to file a claim with this agent but they’ve walked us through the process.

2. I was once in a small fender bender that only caused minor damages to another car. I called Geico and they took care of everything in less than a week. Although I was at fault, my rate did not increase. They even offered to cover any scratches, dings, or nicks that I may have incurred from the incident. Fortunately I only sustained minor damage that was so unnoticeable that it wasn’t even worth the bother. That was the first time that I ever recall a company showing that kind of concern for my vehicle even thaough I was at fault. I am now using the mobile app, which makes it very convenient for me when I have to get my yearly vehicle inspection or to rent a car when we are out of the state or country on vacation.
   I also like the fact that they will recommend a body shop for repairs or estimates, especially since I’m not too familiar with the area.
