It was many many years ago on a cold and snowy Cleveland like winter day. I had to travel within a week to Europe and while driving to the agent’s office I had a car accident on the slippery road, not something serious. I needed to contact my insurance agent to let her know about the situation. It was already late but she stayed in the office along with her nice reception lady and provided me with all the help I needed. I have also managed to interrupt my insurance for the period I was not driving my car while traveling to Europe. She and her assistant are very nice and helpful, giving always prompt answers. She is an agent that will go the extra mile for her clients. That experience made me recomend her to others too.
