My relationship with Alfa Insurance agent Greg Jones began rather questionable. I approached his agency seeking coverage for my mobile home which was about to expire. Initially, there was a slight problem with his ability to match my existing coverage. So I began my search with his competition. I was in the middle of obtaining a quote that seemed quite reasonable when I received a follow up email from Mr. Jones. It actually surprised me considering that when we last spoke he was certain that he could not match my existing policy which I had carried uninterrupted for the past sixteen years and was set to expire. He came up with something for me to review and send it over. Upon comparing my former coverage to those on his declaration page, I soon realized that Alfa was going to be my best choice.
