I have been with this insurance agency since I was sixteen years old at the recommendation of my parents. They have been with me every step of the way regardless of any issues I may have had. They have excellent customer service. I have had my share of vehicles over my life and anytime I am at a car dealer I am able to call them to have them verify insurance for the new vehicle. Any time I put in a request they respond to me within a few hours. Although I have not had to file a claim on my own I do no others who have had to with this company and they had very fast turn around in covering their claims. I have had a few experiences of calling the actual Erie Insurance exchange for payment assistance at times and they’re very helpful and understanding about your current financial situation. I’ve also compared price quotes between other companies matching the same coverage and so far not anyone has been able to beat their price for the coverage I have. I would not recommend anyone else.
