Overall, I'm very happy but have experienced some issues.
I’ve been with this agent for about 6 or 7 years now. I typically deal with the same agent, Julie, and have never had any issues. Whenever I have a question she’s been quick to answer. A few months ago my husband started driving for Uber and we wanted to make sure that our insurance coverage was enough and see if there was anything we needed to add. I spoke with Rachel this time and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up adding on another coverage to ensure we covered with him being an Uber driver. Shortly thereafter, we decided it wasn’t cost effective for him to be an Uber driver, so we decided to call up and have the extra coverage removed. This time I spoke with a girl by the name of Joy. She said, sure no problem, I’ll remove that for you”. Two months later, it’s still on my bill and I’m still paying for it. Very frustrating and very disappointing.

Overall it has been good.
It started out a little rough; as the first person at their office I worked with (not Sarah) was a little unprofessional and not very good. He made a lot of mistakes and cost me a lot of time. For example, he would put me on hold constantly when I called him and it would be long hold times, 3-5 minutes. Then he would come back on the phone and have no clue where we left off. He would forget to process paperwork I sent in, or forget to include things I told him. I finally contacted Sarah to express my frustration and so then she got involved herself to get it taken care of.
Then he must have gotten fired or quit and they gave me a new person to work with. This person was much better in terms of responsiveness and professionalism. I don’t get put on hold, I get the emails with the paperwork right away and overall I have been very happy since this change occurred.
