Our experience with Mark and State Farm insurance has been nothing short of superior. Mark and his staff have served my husband and I for over 30 years.
We became his clients because my parents and my husbands parents were his customers. Now, our entire family has most, if not all, of our insurance needs met by his office.
He never hesitates to help or answer any questions. We have had a parking lot of vehicles covered with his office. (Not quite, but close!) All claims have been taken care of without incident or hassle. I was rear ended a few years ago and my car suffered some major trauma! I was happy to know that not only the car the man was driving that hit me was a newer model of mine — but he, too, had State Farm. (different agents)
My car was in the shop for over a month and they supplied me with a rental car the entire time.
We no longer live near Mark’s office, but chose to stay with his service because we trust him so much.
