My experience with this agent has been great. As a recent college graduate just getting started on my own, I was not too familiar with the ins and outs” of insurance. Steve and his agents guided me through the process of switching from my parent’s insurance to my own step-by-step so that I understood everything. My experience with billing has been great, also. State Farm offers online bill-pay which, if set up to be automatic, is offered with a discount. When my wallet was stolen and my debit card would not allow the payment to be processed, I was contacted promptly and walked through the process to make the payment with no penalty. I have not yet had to file any claims, and hopefully it stays that way, but I am sure that if the time comes, Steve and State Farm will continue to be as helpful as they have been. I have only been a customer for a short time, however, I plan on being a long-term customer with Steve Kreis and State Farm.
