The thing that I like most about dealing with my agent is that they do not bother me multiple times a year with calls and letters. They are available when I need them and are only about three blocks away from my home. While I have had other agents in the past I feel like they were always looking to get me into additional services that I didn’t need in spite of the face that I told them so many times, my current agent doesn’t do this and respects my choices. I also feel that State Farm provides good coverage as well as the peace of mind knowing that I will be taken care of should I need to use my policy. Overall, I’m happy with my State Farm Agent.
After over ten years with another insurance agency and company my wife and I decided that it was time to look around for another provider. After shopping around based on the price we wanted we still had a number of options, then we started meeting with agents. When we met with agent Aaron Moore and other employees in his office we found that they were more interested in providing the services our family needed and not just gaining our business.
And our good experiences didn’t stop with our initial meeting. When we went to their office to set up our policy we were immediately helped even though we didn’t make an appointment and the office was busy.
