My family has always had State Farm, thus, when I came to the age where I came off of my family plan, I kept them. I found this particular agent when I moved to this city via Google search. This particular agent has been great to me for the past seven years that I have lived in this state. They call back promptly, are extremely nice and are very patient when answering my questions.
Overall I’m not wowed by the prices, and thankfully I have not had to make any claims with this particular agent. In the past I have had State Farm cut off my car rental coverage weeks before getting the check for my totaled car, leaving me with hundreds of dollars worth of rental fees to pay. This company is notorious for problems with claims for homeowners/renters, so I am nervous as to what would happen should a problem arise.
Like I said, my experience with this agent has been great, which could be only because I have had no problems yet…or not.
