This particular agent took over my previous agent’s book of business a few years ago. After the switch, I maintained my coverages through this agent, but had not particular contact with him other than a single phone call. Based on that phone call, he was polite, cordial, and someone who i chose to continue doing business with. He attempted to establish an office appointment at a later date to sell additional financial products, however I was not interested in these services/products, as I do all my own financial planning. The previous agent whose book of business he took over was my spouse’s agent for many years (and also her family’s agent for many years). She was well liked, professional and they seemed to be quite happy with her service over the years.
