1. Living in a small town, options are limited. Sandra came highly recommended by a coworker. She has proven herself to be capable & responsive. The experience at the office is top-notch from the owner, Bill Weber, to the receptionist.
   The insurance world has become complex, the products are myriad and of course, keeping up with the changes is nearly impossible for the average person. My solution for the past two years has always been to call Weber Insurance where Sandra can shop the best products for me and find the best combinations at the most affordable.

   In September, when it came time for insurance open enrollment at my employer trying to make sense of the massive amounts of information made decision-making next to impossible. I emailed Sandra a few questions and although there was no gain for her to help she was more than prepared to address my questions and cut through the information overload.
   At one time, Webers Insurance also offered brokerage services. Although they no longer offer brokerage accounts so the staff can remain focused on serving our insurance needs, I know several people that did have accounts and were quite upset that this service went away.

   Over the past two years my coworkers have referred several of our own clients to Webers Insurance. All have whom have been satisfied with their own insurance shopping experience. Kudos to Bill for building such a competant and customer-driven agency. Even if I moved from the area I would likely keep my insurance with Webers Insurance.
